what are you doing today?


Yes, I will be.
I will eat right.  Train smart.  And sleep 7 hours (the hardest one for me).

I have a date with my bike on the trainer tonight.
I will show up.
I will not cancel.
No excuses.

The Almanzo 100 roster is up and I’m on it.
In 3 months- 100 gravel miles.

The Triple Bypass is confirmed.
In 5 months- 120 miles with 10,000ft of elevation. *gulp*

Shit just got real.
NO more slacking for this girl.
