2 cups rolled oats
1 1/4 cups almond milk (unsweetened vanilla is what I use)
1 ripe banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
Mix all of the above in your handy Ninja (or if your super lucky, your VitaMix) blender. Pour onto a hot and greased griddle. Flip once the batter bubbles and serve!
Yes, I know these aren’t paleo, but they are still gluten and dairy-free (and like every other food they are better served with bacon!).
