Pinterest finds this week… mash, hummus, pumpkins, oh my!


These are even better than mashed cauliflower!  Try them!  They have the same texture as mashed potatoes.  Promise.


Banana Stuffed French Toast!  We made this at the cabin last weekend.  Yum!

Savory pumpkin hummus:
1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1T tahini sauce from Trader Joes
Sea salt to taste

Puree all the above until smooth and serve with your favorite chip or veggies.
