Chia Berry Pudding

Ingredients:

5 T chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 T honey
6 ounces fresh blueberries
6 ounces fresh raspberries

Mix all the above into a glass mason jar (or 2) , cover, and give it a good shake.  Wait 15 minutes and give it another shake. wpid-IMAG1477.jpg Put in your fridge over-night and… Voila, pudding for breakfast! wpid-IMAG1480.jpg

I am in love.  This is so good!  You have to try it.
