BLT salad? Yes please!

Ingredients~

chopped romaine lettuce (3 heads)
1/2 package of bacon, diced and cooked (reserve grease)
1 container of cherry tomatoes, cut in half (approx. 20)
1/4 cup mayo
sea salt and pepper to taste
2-3 T of your reserved hot bacon grease

Mix it all together in a big bowl and serve.

Seriously, bread is over-rated.

*Great along side a grilled burger.  Plus, it was kid-approved too 🙂
