I am need of some serious help! My motivation is at an all time low.
My weight is up *sigh* and my mood is blah 😦
I don’t want to look at this anymore—>
I don’t want to crave things that I shouldn’t eat like creamy turkey wild rice soup—>
and bread, oh my God, warm bread!
I need some motivation people.
The way my clothes fit.
The way I feel.
My attitude and short temper.
These should be motivators.
But instead of getting up to my alarm at 5am to ride (indoors again!!!!),
Now I HAVE to work out immediately after work today, before I head to my second job. UGH!
I have no excuses.
I blame myself.
