What a beautiful thing!
Unless you have been slacking on your workouts all winter, like me.
It is time to start dialing in the fitness.
It is time to get strict on an exercise routine.
No more snooze button in the morning.
Just get up and get moving.
It is time to step it up.
No more excuses…too tired, doing a double-shift, it’s too cold.
No more ignoring the voice in my head that says I need to get out and start running again.

Luckily, Chequamegon 40 is 5 months away…but it will be here before I know it. Gulp.
Time to start doing hill repeats.
I haven’t signed up for any running events…yet. I am not sure I would survive a 10k at this point. So. Very. Pathetic.
