Cookie Dough Bites (Paleo, Gluten-free, Vegan)

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 1/2 T coconut flour
1/3 tsp sea salt
1/3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I added some Reese’s Pieces for fun.)

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Combine well and press into 8X8 pan. Chill until firm and eat.

Store in refrigerator or the coconut oil will melt!

These are a fast, yummy snack AND who doesn’t like the taste of cookie dough? Right?!
