What did you do this weekend to help you achieve your goals?
I put some time in on the saddle with Sufferfest.  (My favorites are Downward Spiral and Fight Club.)  If you are a cyclist and own a trainer, you need to download these workouts.  They will kick your a$$!

Here’s some morning motivation for you:

I should have read this at 5:15am today, while I proceeded to hit snooze and sleep through my workout:( Good thing there is always tonight!
