Chocolate pudding (paleo, gluten-free, vegan)

If you can get past the picture, you must try this!

1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup almond milk, vanilla & unsweetened
1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla

Blend in processor til smooth.  Chill or serve immediately.  Makes two servings.

This is my new go to dessert 🙂
