I wasn’t really feeling like working out the other day and mumbled something to Ryan along the lines of “Why can’t I just lay around all day, eat what I want and get fit?!” His response was just laughter. Seriously. Laughter?
Some days I just want an easy way out. But then I come back to reality, and realize that even if that was possible (which it is not), I would be super crabby. I am a better person when I work out. (After I work out, that is. Sorry for being so sensitive to your advise on the bike Ryan!) The endorphins released with exercise make it all worthwhile. The changes in your body just help you stick with it!
