Chimichurri Sauce *paleo*


1 cup fresh basil or parsley
1/2 cup EVOO
3 T red wine vinegar
2 T oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 T hot sauce (I use a chili garlic sauce.)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.

Brush a small amount on top of meat of choice  (I used pork tenderloin.) and grill.
Serve meat with sauce drizzled on top.

We served ours with a little spinach and arugula blend topped with tomatoes, thinly sliced white onion, and avocado (seasoned with sea salt, pepper, a little olive oil and vinegar).

*I could drink this sauce it’s so good 😉
