Let me just say that these are like a little gift of heaven on top your salad. 🙂
Take 1 T coconut oil and heat in small pan.
Add 1 cup chopped pecans and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Drizzle with honey and add a dash of cayenne pepper and sea salt. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Serve warm on top your salad or just alone.
My salad was: spinach, pecans, blueberries, goat cheese, and a little chicken.
