Carrot Apple Slaw



4 cups shredded carrots
1 cup shredded apple
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)
1/4 cup mayo
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp cardamom
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and serve chilled.

This salad is a great recipe to use some fall produce, carrots and apples!
