1 large can tuna, drained
1/4 cup feta cheese
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
6 kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 red onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayo
Combine all the above and serve on whole wheat bread- make as a Panini if you are able. This is our fave go-to lunch lately.
