4 T sesame oil
1 T cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
3 cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
Whisk together oil and spices. Add Chickpeas and sunflower seeds and toss to coat.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 40 mins. Stir half way through cooking.
My kids and I loved these. Just not sure how to keep them as crispy as when they come out of the oven. Maybe make half the amount and eat right away or store in a paper bag?! Any ideas…
