Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Bread

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raw sugar
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup plain Chobani yogurt
1 cup strawberries, diced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.

In separate bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs.  Add to dry ingredients and mix well.  Gently stir in strawberries.

Put in well-greased (I use coconut oil.) loaf pan.  Bake for 50-60 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean. *Original recipe modified from one I found on Pinterest.

    That looks wonderful!

    • The original recipe used whole wheat pastry flour, which may work better, but it turned out great either way! It also called for strawberry-banana chobani instead of plain- I just didn’t want the extra sugar. It wasn’t necessary, because my kids and I gobbled it up:)
