Shrimp & Andouille Pasta

1# raw shrimp
2 cloves garlic
Sea salt & ground pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 T EVOO
*Place in aluminum foil, wrap, and toss on the grill.

2 Andouille sausages
*Grill with shrimp

Angel hair pasta, cook as directed.

12 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
12 kalamata olives
1 jar (5 ounce) red peppers
splash of EVOO
sea salt and pepper
*Saute for 5 minutes in pan, while pasta cooks.

Toss all the ingredients together and top with fresh parmesan cheese.
