Balsamic brussels sprouts with apples and bacon



Here is what you need:
Brussels sprouts, 3 strips of cooked bacon (real bacon, not that fake turkey crap), 1/2 apple (diced), EVOO, sea salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar

Half brussel sprouts and toss with 1 T EVOO, sea salt and pepper.  Roast for 15 minutes at 400.

Add crumbled bacon and diced apple pieces to sprouts and stir to combine flavors.  Roast for 15 minutes longer. 

Toss with a splash of  balsamic vinegar and serve.  Enjoy!
