1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 very ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup dates or raisins
1/2 cup raw coconut
1 T cinnamon
Mix above in medium bowl. Bake on cookie sheet (I suggest lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve warm and add a little scrambled egg on the side. Delicious and easy.
~It also makes a great after-school or pre-post workout snack.
