Dates, Dates, the magical fruit…

The more you eat, the more you…get extra fiber, protein, and a boost in energy!


6 Medjool  pitted dates (or 1 1/2 cups chopped dates)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raw coconut flakes
2 T coconut oil (melted)
Mix dates in food processor until batter or sticky consistency forms, set aside.
Mix oats, walnuts, and coconut in processor until it becomes a flour consistency.

Combine all of the above in a small bowl.  Mix with oil.  Blend together with hands and form into balls.  Refrigerate and eat!

  2. Those look great! I love coconut and dates. nom nom.

    So I have 3 bags of prunes… think up anything with that ingredient?
