6 Medjool pitted dates (or 1 1/2 cups chopped dates)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raw coconut flakes
2 T coconut oil (melted)
Mix dates in food processor until batter or sticky consistency forms, set aside.
Mix oats, walnuts, and coconut in processor until it becomes a flour consistency.
