1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter (room temp and cut into tiny pieces)
*Using fork, mash the above in small bowl to combine. Cover and refrigerate until morning.
1 loaf French bread, broken into tiny pieces
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
3 T raw sugar
1 T vanilla extract
*Coat bottom and sides of baking dish. Place bread pieces to fill. Combine eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla- whisk to combine. Pour egg mixture over bread pieces and then stir to coat all pieces. Cover and put in fridge over-night.
