Citrusy Salmon Salad

Dressing:
1/2 orange (zest and juice)
1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
2 T EVOO
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano

SALAD MIX:
mixed greens (Drizzle dressing over top and mix to combine)
2-3 golden beets (peel, chop, a little EVOO and S&P, bake at 350 for 30mins)
grilled or baked salmon (top with a little dressing when fully cooked)
tomatoes
feta cheese
avocado
1/2 orange (sliced for garnish)
