What little things in your workout make you happy?

That first drop of sweat…

When you feel the burn in your inner thighs…

The moment when your feet catch up to your tunes…

When your breathing becomes rhythmic… 

When there aren’t enough towels in the world…

When you crest that hill… 

When you finally reach your driveway…

There are so many things that make me happy when I work out.
ENDORPHINS
STRENGTH
FITNESS
FAT-BURNING
STRESS-RELIEF
ME-TIME

What makes your workout great?

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER…

*For the record, I have never looked cute while working out!  I am beet red within 5 minutes of any aerobic activity :/
