Napa cabbage salad


1 head of Napa cabbage, sliced
1 bunch of green onions, diced
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup almond slices
2 packages of ramen noodles (do not flavor packets), smashed into tiny pieces
*Combine the above in large bowl and toss.


1/2 cup EVOO
1 tsp cayenne
2 T sugar (I only use raw sugar)
2 T soy sauce
3 T rice vinegar
*Mix the above in small bowl and pour over salad mixture.
Toss to combine all ingredients.  Let sit 10 minutes.  Stir again and serve.
