The exercise I choose to do today will
make me a happier and give my brain clarity (now)
it will also strengthen my heart and cardiovascular system
hopefully keep me going strong long into the future.
The food I put in my body today
will give me the energy to do my workout and help me to feel my best
in the future it will help keep my cholesterol in check,
ward off certain cancers,
prevent diabetes and heart disease.
