Creamy Avocado and White Bean Wraps


1 15-ounce can of white beans, rinsed
1 avocado
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot straws
pea shoots
whole wheat tortillas
salsa, for dipping
rice vinegar, splash
sesame oil, splash
cayenne pepper, dash

Mash beans and avocado in small bowl, add sea salt & pepper to taste.

Mix onion and carrots in small bowl.  Add a splash of rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper.  Mix to coat veggies.

On top of tortilla add layer of avocado mixture, next top with veggies, add some pea shoots and roll it up.  

Serve with your favorite salsa for dipping.
