1 15-ounce can of white beans, rinsed
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot straws
whole wheat tortillas
salsa, for dipping
rice vinegar, splash
sesame oil, splash
cayenne pepper, dash
Mash beans and avocado in small bowl, add sea salt & pepper to taste.
Mix onion and carrots in small bowl. Add a splash of rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper. Mix to coat veggies.
Serve with your favorite salsa for dipping.
