Roasted pumpkin seeds


Soak seeds in warm water with 1T sea salt for 12-24 hours.  Drain water and place on cookie sheet to dry, approx 24 hours.  Drizzle with EVOO, sea salt and ground pepper and roast at 300 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
