The best thing about finding a great marinade or dressing is that you can tweak it just a bit and create a whole new experience. I love the versatility of many of my dressings. I use them for marinating fish and chicken as well as on top of my salads. Just experiment with the flavors you like and keep your favorite ingredients on hand.
Last night I picked some fresh arugula out of the garden—>
and then I made the Lime Vinaigrette (see https://spinningitall.wordpress.com/2011/07/03/coconut-salad-with-lime-vinaigrette/) for this salad—> I also marinated some tuna steaks for 30mins in my fish taco marinade (see https://spinningitall.wordpress.com/2011/05/28/fish-tacos/)—>Roasted some brussel sprouts in EVOO with sea salt and pepper—> Grilled the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes per side and voila- dinner is served—>
Now go grab some fresh ingredients from your local farmer’s market and make something amazing tonight! Happy Wednesday 🙂
