Pad Thai

This is the easiest cheater meal in the world and it turns out to be just as tasty if not better than take-out Pad Thai from most restaurants. Plus it only take 15 minutes to make! (I should clarify that I have no great Thai food restaurants that are within minutes of my house.  You might and if you do, I am jealous.)

Pick up a box of this——->

Follow the directions on box and add these items to spice it up a bit:

Grilled chicken (or shrimp or salmon)
1 scrambled egg
1 handful of cilantro
lime wedges
1 jalapeno pepper sliced
crushed peanuts
1 T chili sauce
1/2 can of bean sprouts
