Banana Oat Smoothie


1 cup vanilla almond milk               
1/2 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 T chia seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla

Blend together and drink your breakfast!

****This recipe was inspired from KERF,
I did not let it sit in the blender overnight. Let’s face it, I cannot think that far in advance about food!  I never would have thought to add oats to my smoothies, but sure enough, it was vanilla deliciousness 🙂
