1 can of tuna (12ou) drained & rinsed
1 can of cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
2 tblsp EVOO
1 tblsp red wine vinegar
Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
dash of dried parsley or handful of fresh if you have it

Combine all ingredients and serve at room temperature.
Super good on top of spinach with chopped tomato slices.
