1 orange pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Cook the above for 5 mins until veggies soften slightly.
Add the following:
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 tsp Cajun spice
4-5 dashes of Tabasco
handful of fresh parsley
one bunch gr. onion, chopped
1 can 8ou clam juice
1 can 14.5ou diced tomatoes (Rotel)
Add salt to taste.
Boil and simmer for 10-15 mins.
Add 1 lb fresh cooked shrimp and serve over rice.

This is spicy seafood goodness:)

I like to serve this dish with a side of fresh steamed crawfish.

~Yes, I know this isn’t the healthiest of meals, but exercise a little bit longer today and you can justify the butter and flour 🙂
