Fish tacos

Marinate fish (or shrimp) in below for 30 minutes before grilling:

1 cup chopped white onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup EVOO
juice of 1 lime
3 T orange juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp oregano
sea salt and pepper to taste

White sauce:

1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup mayo
1 T milk
juice of 1/2 lime with zest
sea salt and pepper

Top fish (or shrimp) with sauce, fresh cabbage, grated cheddar cheese, avocado (or guac) and fresh salsa.
