Shrimp Lo Mein


Sesame oil
1 T fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Carrot straws
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
1 cup mushrooms
1 package Lo Mein noodles
1 pound cooked shrimp
sesame seeds
soy sauce
1-2 T red chili garlic sauce (if you like it spicy, add this at the end)

Prepare noodles as directed on box and toss with 1 tsp sesame oil, set aside.

Heat 2 T sesame oil in wok.  Add ginger and garlic- cook for 1 minute.  Add veggies and stir fry 3-4 minutes.   Toss in shrimp and stir-fry another 2 minutes.  (I use cooked shrimp so it is just a matter of warming them up.)  Add 1 T of soy sauce (and chili sauce) and stir to combine.  Toss in the cooked noodles and top with sesame seeds.
