Holy Hummole!

If you LOVE hummus, and LOVE guacamole~ you should try HUMMOLE:)

Hummole (hummus-guacamole)

16 ounce can of chick peas, rinsed
1 avocado
1/2 jalapeno
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.I got this recipe from a blog I read at Alittlespinach.com

    The Holy Hummole is really good! Here’s one you might like:
    Asparagus Guacamole – good enough to fool you!
    1 1/2 pd asparagus, trimmed
    1 tbsp reduced-calorie mayo
    1 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
    3 med scallions, thinly sliced
    1/2 med. jalapeno pepper, minced, deseeded
    1 med. garlic clove, minced
    1/8 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    S&P to taste
    1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

    Bring large pot of water to boil. Add asparagus and cook until tender , about 10 minutes. Drain.

    Place asparagus into food processor and puree until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve. Yields 1/4 cup per serving.
