Mediterranean Salmon

Mediterranean Salmon

12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 red onion, chopped
12 kalamata olives, chopped
fresh herbs (basil and parsley)
1/2 T balsamic vinegar
sea salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Spoon on top of salmon fillet (place on aluminum foil) and grill.
