What you’ll need~
2c chopped romaine hearts
1 lg avocado, chopped
1 med tomato,chopped                          
1/2c black beans, rinsed
2T diced green onion
1T chopped fresh cilantro
2t fresh lime juice
zest of one lime
1/4t sea salt
1/2t fresh ground pepper

How to make~
In large bowl: toss together lettuce, avocado, tomato, beans, onion, and cilantro.

In small bowl: mix oil, lime juice and zest, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
