Preheat oven to 350. Tear or chop kale into “chip” sized pieces. Drizzle with EVOO. Add sea salt and ground pepper to taste. ( I like them a little on the salty side. ) You can also add some fresh grated parmesan cheese, but seriously it doesn’t need it. Bake for 15 minutes or until the leaves turn brown at tips and crunchy. The crunchier they are, the more they taste like potato chips.
